Following his victory at the poll for a second term, his election as the Speaker of the 6th Edo House of Assembly, and chieftaincy title to be confered on him by the Ojirrua of Irrua, The Okaijesan of Esanland, His Royal Majesty Alhaji W. O Momodu II, JP, (CON) the Okaijesan of Esanland, the Speaker, Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Chief Victor Sabor Tiger Edoror, The Working Legislator; will be having his thanksgiving and reception ceremony on Sunday, the 16th of August, 2015.
The thanksgiving ceremony will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church, Irrua, Esan Central Local Government Area, at 9:00 am. Reception follows immediately at Eguare Primary School, Irrua.
The special guest of honour for the event, is the Executive Governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Comrade Adams Aliu Oshiomhole.
The guests of honour are the Deputy Governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Odubu and the Acting Chairman, Conference of Speakers, Rt. Hon. Abdulkarim Lawan. The Royal Fathers of the day, are the Enigies of Esanland.
The Chairman of the ocassion, is the Edo State All Progressive Congress State Chairman, Barr. Anselm Ojezua.

OPINION Disregard Forces Of Darkness In Ambrose Alli University By: Imoudu Peter Since the Selection Panel for the appointment of a new substantive Vice Chancellor began its assignment, our beloved university, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, has witnessed a recrudescence of the evil machinations of these seemingly entrenched forces of darkness.  Social media and a few nondescript media outlets have been awash with their odious, scurrilous, insensate and markedly false publications.
