GRACE GARDEN CITY COMES TO IRRUA By: Oriaifoh Godwins Irrua, the headquarters of Esan Central Local Government Area, of Edo state, is gradually wearing a new look, not just because of Mudiame University that was recently commissioned, but again, with the emergence of a new hotel, Grace City Hotel that is home away from home. MUDIAME UNIVERSITY, IRRUA, COMMISSIONED, MAIDEN MATRICULATION HELD

 Mudiame University Irrua Commissioned, maiden matriculation held By: Oriaifoh Godwins Amidst pomp and pageantry, the commissioning and maiden matriculation ceremony of Mudiame University, Irrua was held at the premises of the university in Idumabi-Irrua, in Esan central local government area of Edo state on Saturday, the 18th of June 2021, where people from different walks of life were in attendance to grace the occasion. Speaking during the commissioning of the University, the Proprietor/Chancellor of the University, Professor Sonny Eboh Eromonsele, who is also the Managing Director, Mudiame conglomerate, said; ‘…There are Universities in Nigeria, both private and public. But as an industry player, we saw many loopholes and cannot afford to fold our hands, especially when we know the dangers ahead…’ continuing, Professor Eromonsele said in the oil and gas outfits of Mudiame, requisite skills are imported to explore the existing mineral resources, especially crude oil and natural gas.

MUDIAME UNIVERSITY TO HOLD FIRST MATRICULATION

Mudiame University to hold first matriculation By: Oriaifoh Godwins The official commissioning and  maiden matriculation ceremony of Mudiame University, Irrua, has been scheduled to hold on the 18th of June, 2022 at the campus of the University, in Idumabi-Irrua.  Speaking with Esan Magazine correspondent, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Ernest Izevbigie said, the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, will be the Special Guest of Honour at the event adding that, students has been admitted into the Faculty of Engineering, including Departments of Mechanical, Computer and Civil Engineering.  In  the Faculty of Science, the Vice Chancellor said, students will be matriculating into the departments of Food science and Technology, Biotechnology and Computer science.  Nigeria Police Academy Lecturer Petitions FCMB, Principal officers of Academy A lecturer in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social and Management Sciences of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano, Dr. Goddy Osa Igbaekemen has cried out to the Inspector General of Police, authorities of the Central Bank of Nigeria and now to the general public for them to prevail on the authority of First City Merchant Bank, FCMB, that connived with some persons in authority at the Nigeria Police Academy, to deny him access to his salary account. Dr. Igbaekemen petitioned the principal officers and the Bank where he operates a salary account, for Criminal Breach of Trust, Cheating, Deceit, Abuse of powers and unlawful acts by the staff of the bank, in conspiracy with the management of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil.
