Irrua, the headquarters of Esan Central Local Government Area, of Edo state, is gradually wearing a new look, not just because of Mudiame University that was recently commissioned, but again, with the emergence of a new hotel, Grace City Hotel that is home away from home.

Located on the popular Pele road in Uwenuje-Irrua, Grace City Hotel with a Bar, Restaurant and a wide tranquil outer space that is very comfortable for holding meetings and unwinding, Grace Hotel is bringing a new culture in the Hospitality business to Esanland.

According to High Chief Chris Ekeoba, the Proprietor of the Hotel, Grace City Hotel will be a complete package, as a swimming pool, Live Bands an Event centre as well as a gymnasium will all be part of what the Hotel will eventually be offering in due course.

Speaking on why he chose the name 'Grace' for the Hotel, Chief Ekeoba said; '... we are all saved by the grace of God and by it too, we are existing. It is by the grace of God that this hotel has come to be and grace of God is what is sustaining it... ' He however, added that, the other services that Grace City Hotel will be offering, brought the idea of a 'City' to be added to the name of the Hotel.

Our investigation and experience in the Hotel, further revealed that the cost of staying in the Hotel, is highly customer friendly.
