CALL FOR STATE OF EMERGENCY IN EDO: How true are Edo APC claims? ...accused Governor Obaseki of dictatorship The All Progressives Congress, APC, has in a recent Press conference held in Benin city, the capital of Edo state, called on President Muhammadu Buhari to as a matter of urgent national importance, declare a State of Emergency in Edo state due to the collapse of governance, one year after the PDP-led government led by Governor Godwin Obaseki assumed office, for a second term of four years.   INSECURITY: Don't Stay Outside Beyond 11 PM, Monarch Warns Residents. By: Lucky Isibor The Ojirrua of Irrua Kingdom in Esan central local government area of Edo state and the Okaijesan of Esanland, His Royal Highness, Alhaji W. O. Momodu II has warned residents of the fast developing town to ensure that they don't stay outside their houses beyond 11 PM.
