Apostle Johnson Suleman, the general overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries, says he is considering standing as surety for Omoyele Sowore, convener of Revolutionnow movement. Sowore has been in detention since he was picked up by operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) in August. He was first granted bail on the 4th of October by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, but his counsel, Mr Femi Falana described the conditions as too stringent and untenable. The initial bail conditions included among others, N100million bail and N50million security deposit. However, upon another application on the 21st of October, Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Abuja set aside the N50million security deposit by one of the sureties. Attack on Obaseki, Oba of Lagos – Edo Deputy Gov. indicted National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, has apologised to Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu, Governor Godwin Obaseki and Chancellor of the Edo University, Iyahmo, Dr. Makanjuola over the attack on their convoy at his country home residence in Estako West local government. Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu Fumes Over Killing Of IPOB members, Issues Threat To Miyetti Allah, Umahi Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has fumed over the killing of members of the IPOB and has issued a threat to Miyetti Allah and Governor Umeahi over the recent attack on its members in Ebonyi. It can be recalled that Kanu in a post on Sunday night said dome security operatives invaded the venue of IPOB gathering and opened fire on them.
