APC GOV'T WILL NOT SPARE CORRUPT LEADERS -Edo deputy Speaker

APC govt will not spare corrupt leaders –Edo Deputy Speaker
By Oriaifoh Godwins
The Deputy Speaker, Edo House of Assembly, EDHA, Honourable Victor Edoror, has
Rt. Hon. victor Edoror
revealed that, the incoming administration of General Muhammadu Buhari, will bring all those that are found to be one way or the other corrupt in the previous administrations to book.
He made this revelation recently, in a chat with Nigerian Pilot Newspaper. According to Edoror, our country is this bad because the wealth of this nation is in the hands of few corrupt people who do not have the interest of this country at heart. No sector of the economy is functioning the way it should function because of the mismanagement and greed of the managers of the economy. The obligation is now on Buhari to deliver and turn things around as this is why he was voted for. In his words; ‘I am not of the opinion that those that are found wanting should be financially wrecked but whatever ‘big toe’ they are, should be stepped on; such toes are meant to be stepped on for Nigeria to be put on course; and like Mahathma Ghandi said, mother earth has enough to meet the needs of its people but not enough to meet their greed’. The greediness of the few amongst us, he said, is the cause of the abject poverty and lack that is currently plaguing the country.

Honourable Victor Edoror who represents Esan Central Local Government area of Edo state, in EDHA in his first tenor, attracted various dividends of democracy ranging from the building of Town Halls, Skills acquisition centres, drilling of boreholes, provision of transformers, distribution of food items to the widows as palliative measures, etc to the different wards that makes up his constituency; Hence he is popularly called the working legislator.
