EDO 2020 GUBER: EDHA SPEAKER, URGE EDOLITES TO VOTE FOR A PLAUSIBLE CANDIDATE

EDO 2020 GUBER: EDHA SPEAKER, URGE EDOLITES TO VOTE FOR A PLAUSIBLE CANDIDATE

Speaker, Edo state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Victor Edoror, on Wednesday, 9 September, has called on the people as well as those resident in Edo state, to vote for a Candidate that respects the Rule of Law, so as to enhance peace, tranquility, progress and development of Edo state.

Rt. Hon. Edoror made this call at the plenary of the House, as he pointed out that the current governor of Edo state Mr. Godwin Obaseki has no respect for the Rule of Law as he has desmonstrated this in the past four years of his administration; saying, the way the governor of Edo state has so far muffled the first arm of government, the legislature of Edo state, and turning Edo state to a laughing stock amongst the comity of democracy loving states, as well as looking at his programmes and manifesto that is empty, in terms of making Edo state better and prospering the state, clearly shows that Mr Godwin  Obaseki has nothing to offer Edo state other than continuing in his treacheries that will only slide Edo state further to the gutters of undue process, brigandry and havoc.

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate, with his 'loaded' SIMPLE agenda, the respect he has for the legislature, due process and people of Edo state, makes him a better Candidate; he therefore advised the people of Edo state to mobilise support and vote for Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu as the next governor of Edo state come September 19; Saying, Edo state can only be better with the emmergence of Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu as the next governor of Edo state.
